Jeffrey Craig

Jeffrey has an extensive background in project development and finance.  Prior to founding RNGP he served as a Managing Director of EMG Partners, a private equity firm specializing in energy and manufacturing companies.  He was one of the founders and President of Allegheny Energy Resources, Inc., which developed three landfill gas to pipeline gas projects that were sold to Montauk Energy. He previously served as Vice President of Mellon Bank N.A. where he led the underwriting of corporate and energy development bond offerings.  He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority, The Winchester Thurston School and the Pitcairn-Crabbe Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. 


Sandy Selman

Sandy Selman is a globally-experienced, highly strategic and results-focused finance and operating executive with a unique combination of investment management, structured finance, project management, management consulting and Board experience in the global energy/environmental market.  He benefits from a commercially-grounded perspective on the infrastructure sector shaped by decades of international experience working with developers, investors and policymakers in both developed and emerging markets.

 Mr. Selman presently serves as CFO/COO for Renewable Natural Gas Partners, LLC, a project development company specializing in landfill gas and food waste projects.  Prior to RNGP, he served as CFO for Sustain RNG, LLC, a biogas project developer focsued on the dairy sector, and as SVP Project Finance for Greenlane Renewables Inc.  Mr. Selman also serves on the Board of GREEN2 Energy Transition sp. z.o.o., a biomethane project developer based in Warsaw, Poland.

 Mr. Selman holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering (with Distinction) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University.


Chris Dufour

Chris has over 20 years experience in the Environmental Commodity Markets. He founded two institutional commodity brokerage to assist RNG producers with the marketing and hedging of RNG. Chris has extensive experience with RIN creation and administration under the EPA Renewable Fuel Standard. Clients have included some of the largest Renewable Natural Gas producers in the country including Waste Management, where he assisted in power and Renewable Energy Certificate sales in addition to Renewable Natural Gas transactions. Chris currently sits on the board of advisors of AMCREF Community Capital, a New Markets Tax Credit Fund, where he advises the fund on environmental commodities and energy issues. He holds an BA from Southeastern Louisiana University and an MA in International Relations from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK.


Annie Whetzel

 Annie joins RNGP as an experienced project manager with the goal of implementing project tracking, accountability, and efficiency in project execution. Prior to her role at RNGP, she worked at a growing skincare company and successfully transitioned the company to more sustainable and effective packaging, helped launch new product lines to drive growth, and implemented business processes to propel product development and innovation.  

 An efficient communicator to her core, she has a Master of Arts in science writing from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in biology from Colorado College.
